- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 c. coconut
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
Directions

1Melt butter in a saucepan.

2Remove from heat.

3Add powdered sugar and coconut.

4Mix well.
-
5Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls and make indentation in center of each.

6Place on cookie sheets.

7Fill centers with melted chocolate and chill until firm.

8Store in refrigerator.

9Set out at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
