- dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
Directions

1Beat egg whites with dash of salt and the vanilla until soft peaks form.

2Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff.

3Fold in coconut.

4Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in a slow oven (325°) about 20 minutes.

5Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
