- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Line 2 cookie sheets with foil.

3In medium bowl mix egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla.

4Add flour and blend well.

5Fold in coconut.

6Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet 1 inch apart.

7Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.

8Cool on cookie sheet.

9Remove and store in tightly covered cookie jar.
