- 1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- candied cherry halves
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl.

2Stir in egg whites and almond extract; mix well.

3Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheets.

4Add cherry halves.

5Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden.

6Remove from sheets immediately.

7Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
