  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. coconut (to mix in batter)
  • 1 c. coconut (to roll batter in)

Directions

    Cream the butter and sugar.

    Add egg.

    Sift salt, baking powder and flour.

    Add to creamed mixture, then add vanilla and 1 cup of coconut.

    Using teaspoon, make ball and roll in coconut. Bake at 350°.
