- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. coconut (to mix in batter)
- 1 c. coconut (to roll batter in)
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar.

2Add egg.

3Sift salt, baking powder and flour.

4Add to creamed mixture, then add vanilla and 1 cup of coconut.

5Using teaspoon, make ball and roll in coconut. Bake at 350°.
