- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Combine coconut, flour, sugar and salt in bowl; stir in egg whites and extract.

2Mix well.

3Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet.

4Bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until brown around edges.

5Remove from sheet at once.
