  • 1 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Directions

    Combine coconut, flour, sugar and salt in bowl; stir in egg whites and extract.

    Mix well.

    Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet.

    Bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until brown around edges.

    Remove from sheet at once.
