- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. moist coconut
Directions

1Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.

2Gradually add sugar; beating until stiff peaks form.

3Fold in vanilla and coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

4Bake 20 minutes at 325°.

5Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet.
