Coconut Milk Pudding

  • 9/16 pound oatmeal cookies crushed, unsweetened
  • 50 butter grs of, melted and cooled
  • 6 sheets gelatin colorless
  • 1 can condensed milk 397grs
  • 1 can coconut milk Koala, 400ml.
  • 100 grated coconut
  • 1 cream pack, 200 ml. of
  • mango pulp to taste

Directions

    Mix the butter with the wafer.

    Make a base in a mold with removable bottom.
  3. 3
    Place in the fridge for a few minutes while you prepare the rest of the recipe.

    Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for a few minutes.

    Drain and dissolve in 6 tablespoons of boiled water.

    In a separate bowl mix the condensed milk and coconut milk, the grated coconut, the cream and the gelatin already dissolved in the water.

    Pour this mixture over the wafer.

    Put in the fridge no less than 4 hours or until it solidifies.

    Before serving, add a mango pulp cover.
