  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 large bag coconut
  • 5 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Melt butter. Add sugar, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well. Add coconut.

    Pour into two 8-inch pie shells. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
