- 1 c. fresh grated coconut
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nutmeg
- margarine
- deep dish pie crust
Directions

1Beat eggs until smooth.

2Add sugar and coconut.

3Mix well. Stir in vanilla.

4Pour into unbaked deep dish pie shell.

5Sprinkle with nutmeg.

6Place small pats of margarine on top of pie filling. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
