  • 3/4 stick pure butter
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. cornmeal (self-rising)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
