- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can coconut
- 1 frozen pie crust
Directions

1Mix cornmeal and sugar in large bowl.

2Add milk, eggs and margarine, chopped into pieces.

3Add coconut last.

4Pour into shell.

5Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown and knife stuck in middle of pie comes out clean.
