- 2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 egg yolks (save whites for frosting)
- 2 c. sweet or condensed milk
- 1 can Baker's coconut
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 2 pie crusts
Directions

1Mix well.

2Put in double boiler.

3Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

4Cook for approximately 45 minutes or until it begins to thicken.

5Stir in coconut to taste.

6(This may be too much for some.)

7Add margarine.

8Pour into cooked pie shell.

9Beat egg whites for topping.

10Sprinkle with coconut.
