- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Beat eggs; add sugar, salt and melted butter.

2Stir in milk until smooth.

3Slowly add coconut and flavorings.

4Pour in unbaked pie crust and bake at 375° until firm.

5Watch carefully if pie browns before fillings sets, you may lower temperature to 350° for the last minutes of baking.
