  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Beat eggs; add sugar, salt and melted butter.

    Stir in milk until smooth.

    Slowly add coconut and flavorings.

    Pour in unbaked pie crust and bake at 375° until firm.

    Watch carefully if pie browns before fillings sets, you may lower temperature to 350° for the last minutes of baking.
