  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 can or 1 (3 1/2 to 4 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • 5 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Mix together ingredients and place in crust.

    Bake at 350° until coconut is brown and pie is firm when shaken.
