- 1 c. coconut (Baker's Flake)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 eggs
- salt
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.

2In an other bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk and vanilla.

3Add milk mixture to flour and sugar slowly until mixed well.

4Add coconut and then melted butter.

5Pour into pie crust and bake at 400° until crust begins to brown, about 12 minutes.

6Turn oven back to 350° for about 20 minutes until custard has browned on top.
