  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

    Cook until thick; take off stove and add lemon juice, coconut and butter.

    Blend well.

    Pour into a baked pie shell.

    Add meringue made with the 2 egg whites.
