Ingredients

  • 1 (12 fluid oz.) Pet milk
  • 1 can water
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut or 1 1/2 c.

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except coconut, and cook until thick. Then mix in coconut.

    Pour into 2 baked pie shells.
  3. 3
    Top with meringue and sprinkle with coconut, then brown.
