  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 2 unbaked pie crusts
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Pour into pie shells.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, then move pies to bottom rack of oven and bake 15 more minutes or until firm.
