- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.

2Add flour.

3Mix well.

4Add milk, melted margarine and vanilla.

5Put coconut in unbaked crust and pour filling over coconut.

6(When you put the filling over the coconut, the coconut seems to go through the pie better.)

7Bake at 350° until browned, but still a little shaky.
