  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2 small pkg. frozen coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour.

    Add butter and eggs.

    Mix well.

    Add buttermilk, coconut and vanilla.

    Put into 2 pie crusts and bake at 375° until done, about 30 minutes.
