  • 1/2 fresh pineapplepeeled, cored and cut into 1-inch chunks (about 3 cups)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk, stirred
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
