  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs at medium speed until thick and lemon colored.

    Add butter and next 4 ingredients; mix well.

    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until filling is set.
