- 6 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3.5 oz.) can coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix eggs, sugar, pineapple, coconut and vanilla.

2Add melted butter.

3Pour in 2 unbaked pie shells.

4Bake on bottom grate of oven for 45 minutes at 325°.

5To keep edges of pie shells from browning too much, put tinfoil around top edge.
