Coconut Pound Cake

  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 box 10x sugar
  • 10x box full plain flour
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Cream margarine.

    Add sugar and mix until light and fluffy. Add flavoring.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.

    Fold in flour a cup at a time.

    Stir in coconut and mix thoroughly. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350° or until cake is done.

    Let cool 5 minutes and turn onto cake plate.
