- 2/3 c. shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1 (4 oz.) can coconut
Directions

1Cream margarine, shortening and sugar in mixing bowl until light and fluffy.

2Blend in eggs.

3Add remaining ingredients in order listed, mixing well after each addition.

4Pour into greased 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.

5Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
