- 2 sticks oleo
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 8 eggs
- 2 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Cream Crisco and oleo.

2Add sugar.

3Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour and cream of tartar and add to cake.

4Add flavoring and coconut.

5Stir with a spoon.

6Cook in oven (begin in cold oven) for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°.
