  • 3 sticks oleo
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Before starting cake, have eggs and oleo at room temperature. Preheat oven to 300°.

    Grease and flour tube pan.

    Cream butter and sugar well.

    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

    Add flour, salt, soda, sour cream and vanilla.

    Beat well.

    Stir in coconut.
