- 3 sticks oleo
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Before starting cake, have eggs and oleo at room temperature. Preheat oven to 300°.

2Grease and flour tube pan.

3Cream butter and sugar well.

4Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

5Add flour, salt, soda, sour cream and vanilla.

6Beat well.

7Stir in coconut.

8Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours.
