  • 4 cod fillets
  • 4 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollops*
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar

Directions

    Grill the cod fillets in an ovenproof dish for 6-8 minutes.

    While the cod is cooking, mix the garlic and mayonnaise together.

    Then mix up the chopped tomatoes, coriander, shallot, chilli, oil and vinegar.

    Serve the lightly grilled cod with the garlic mayonnaise and salsa.
