- 4 cod fillets
- 4 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollops*
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 shallot
- 1 red chilli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
Directions

1Grill the cod fillets in an ovenproof dish for 6-8 minutes.

2While the cod is cooking, mix the garlic and mayonnaise together.

3Then mix up the chopped tomatoes, coriander, shallot, chilli, oil and vinegar.

4Serve the lightly grilled cod with the garlic mayonnaise and salsa.
