Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts, cut in halves, cooked and bones removed
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, uncooked, thawed and drained
- 2 cans cream of celery soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 c. crumbled cornflakes
- 1 pkg. grated cheese (medium Cheddar)
- butter
- parsley
Directions

1Butter 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.

2Place spinach in bottom. Put the cut-up chicken on top of spinach.

3Combine soup, mayonnaise and curry powder and mix well.

4Pour over chicken. Cover with a layer of grated cheese.

5Add layer of cornflakes. Dot with butter and parsley.

6Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

7Can be made earlier but add cornflakes just before baking.
