  • codfish
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 pt. size mayonnaise
  • 1 pt. size stuffed olives
  • 1 large tomato
  • lettuce
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 green bananas

Directions

    Soak codfish overnight; boil and bone. (Watch out for small bones.)

    Cut onions into small bits and slice the stuffed olives. Cut up the avocado.

    Now mix and place the tomatoes and avocado around the fish in the center of a favorite pretty plate and decorate with lettuce.

    Also boil the bananas and place decoratively around the plate.
