    Mix first 4 ingredients until it crumbs like meal.

    Mix the next 3 ingredients with egg and buttermilk.

    Beat well.

    Pour the second mixture into greased and floured sheet pan.

    Sprinkle topping (first mixture) over.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Cool. Cut into squares.
