Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water (120~)
- 1 c. warm milk (120~)
- 1/4 cube margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2In a large bowl, combine milk, margarine, salt and sugar.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Add yeast mixture, then 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 cups flour.

5Mix well until dough is firm. Grease bowl.

6Place dough in bowl and let rise to double in size in warm place out of draft.

7Make into loaves or place in one pound coffee can that has been well oiled.

8Can should only be half full.

9Let rise until dough puffs to top of can.

10Brush top with margarine.

11Bake at 375° until brown. Removes easier if allowed to cool slightly.
