- 2 gal. ripe tomatoes, peeled and cut in slices
- 6 onions, sliced
- 16 ears corn (cut corn from cob)
- 1 1/2 c. sliced okra
- 1 c. (or more) lima beans
- 1 c. (or more) peas
- 1 c. (or more) green snap beans
- 4 sweet peppers, chopped in small pieces
- 1/2 c. salt (scant)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar (White House apple cider vinegar)
Directions

1Cook the lima beans, peas and snap beans 1 hour.

2Drain water and add to the other ingredients.

3Cook for 1 hour.

4This makes 7 quarts.
