- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water containing the ginger and 1 tablespoon sugar.

2After 15 minutes, add the remaining ingredients.

3Put in 2 one pound coffee cans, well greased or one 2 pound coffee can.

4Bake at 350° (2 cans for 45 minutes or 1 can for 60 minutes).
