- 1/2 c. powdered milk
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. hot tap water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 1/4 to 3 3/4 c. flour
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and blend well except for flour.

2Add flour and mix well.

3If batter is too thin, add more flour.

4Put in a large bowl; let rise until doubled in bulk.

5Punch down and divide into 2 one pound coffee cans, greased well.

6Let rise until 1/2 inch from top or until lid pops off.

7Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

8Remove and grease top and sides.
