- 7 lbs fully cooked smoked ham, shank or rump-end
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
Directions

1Heat oven to 325 degrees.

2Have ready a shallow roasting pan fitted with a sturdy metal rack.

3Cut rind off ham to expose fat.

4Place ham on rack and cover loosely with foil.

5Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.

6Stir glaze ingredients until coffee dissolves.

7Brush on ham.

8Bake uncovered 40 to 60 longer, brushing twice with glaze, until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part (not touching bone) registers 140 degrees.

9Let ham rest 15 minutes before slicing.
