- 2 or 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Log Cabin syrup
Directions

1Boil to soften skin.

2Cover with water; take off skin.

3Score fat, then add cloves to each score.

4Add brown sugar to cover ham. Pour juice from pineapple can over ham.

5Decorate with pineapple. During baking baste often.

6Towards end pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Log Cabin or any maple syrup.

7Mix cornstarch and water into a paste, then pour into pan drippings.

8Add Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet.
