- 1 cup plain flour
- 12 cup soft brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon orange peel, finely grated
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- 400 g white chocolate chips
- 300 g white chocolate chips
- 13 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons Cointreau liqueur
Directions

1Grease and line a 32cm x 32cm baking tray with baking paper.

2Preheat oven to 180C (356 F).

3Melt half the chocolate and the butter, mix until smooth.

4Stir in the flour, sugar, orange rind, nuts and remaining white chocolate buttons.

5Mix well and spread into baking tray.

6Bake for 15 go 20 minutes until firm to touch.

7Cool in baking tray.

8Icing: Melt all ingredients and mix well together.

9Pour over cooled base while still in tin.

10Chill overnight and cut into triangles.
