Ingredients: 2 c. sugar; 2 c. flour; 2 eggs; 3 Tbsp. cocoa; 2 sticks Parkay; 1/2 c. buttermilk; 2 tsp. soda; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 c. Coke; 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows; 1 tsp. vanilla; remainder of Coke; 2 Tbsp. cocoa; 1 Tbsp. Parkay; 1 box powdered sugar

2 c. flour
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 sticks Parkay
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Coke
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
remainder of Coke
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. Parkay
1 box powdered sugar

Mix sugar, flour and salt.

Bring 2 sticks Parkay, 1 cup Coke and 3 tablespoons cocoa to a boil.

Pour over flour-sugar mixture. Combine eggs, buttermilk and soda; beat thoroughly.

Add marshmallows.

Bake 30 minutes in a 300° oven.

Bake in a sheet pan, so it will be thin.
