  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Combine flour and sugar together. Heat margarine, cocoa and cola until mixture comes to a boil. Pour the mixture over flour and sugar. Blend and add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Fold in marshmallows. Beat well by hand and pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
