  • 3 large potatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil potatoes, onions and chopped cabbage in salted water until tender.

    Drain well.

    Melt butter in heavy skillet.

    Saute boiled vegetables and parsley in butter.
