- 1/4 lb. genoa salami
- 1/4 lb. boiled ham
- 1/4 lb. cappicola
- 1/4 lb. bologna
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1/4 lb. Prosciutto
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 lb. fresh pizza dough
- 1 egg, beaten
- poppy or sesame seed
Directions

1Roll out dough (after it has reached room temperature) into a large oblong shape.

2Cut meats into strips.

3Cut Swiss cheese into strips.

4Spread all meats evenly on dough, then spread Swiss and Mozzarella cheeses evenly over dough.

5Roll dough up in jelly roll fashion.

6Place seam down into a large greased cookie sheet. Brush bread with beaten egg.

7Sprinkle with seeds, if so desired. Crimp ends.

8Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.

9(If bread is very large, more baking time may be required.)
