  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish

    Let green beans, onion, salad oil, vinegar, salt and pepper stand 1 hour or overnight.
