  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 onion, sliced or diced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced or diced
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
