  • 4 servings Somen noodles
  • 4 servings or Spaghetti
  • 1 dash Olive oil
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 as much (to taste) Shiso leaves
  • 80 ml Sesame dressing
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 can Canned tuna
  • 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)

Directions

    Dice the tomatoes and cucumbers.

    Put into a bowl, add the dressing, mentsuyu sauce, sesame oil and canned tuna and put the bowl into the refrigerator.

    Cook the pasta or somen noodles.

    Drain and rinse under cold running water, and mix with olive oil.

    Put the cold noodles on serving plates, pour on the sauce, and enjoy!
