- 4 servings Somen noodles
- 4 servings or Spaghetti
- 1 dash Olive oil
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 as much (to taste) Shiso leaves
- 80 ml Sesame dressing
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
Directions

1Dice the tomatoes and cucumbers.

2Put into a bowl, add the dressing, mentsuyu sauce, sesame oil and canned tuna and put the bowl into the refrigerator.

3Cook the pasta or somen noodles.

4Drain and rinse under cold running water, and mix with olive oil.

5Put the cold noodles on serving plates, pour on the sauce, and enjoy!
