- 15 oz. canned salmon
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- freshly ground pepper, about 6 twists of the mill
- 1-1/2 c. very cold whipping cream
Directions

1Drain the salmon and look it over carefully for bones and bits of skin.

2Using a fork, crumble it in a mixing bowl.

3Add the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

4Beat them into the salmon until you've obtained a smooth, evenly blended mixture.
