- 2 c. Moselle wine
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 4 whole dressed trout
Directions

1Place wine, water, tarragon and parsley in a pan big enough for the trout.

2Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

3Gently place trout in the simmering liquid and cook over a low fire for 10 minutes.

4Cool.

5Remove skeleton, chop into bite-size pieces, enjoy.
