  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. or more shredded cabbage
  • shredded carrots (optional)
  • onion (optional)
  • red or green pepper, chopped (optional)

Directions

    Boil first four ingredients together. Cool slightly and pour over cabbage.

    Dressing will keep at least 2 weeks in refrigerator.
