  • 1 c. fat free chicken broth, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 11 c. tightly packed, fresh collard greens
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

    Heat 1/2 c. broth in large dutch oven over medium heat until hot. Add garlic; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add greens and remaining broth; stir well. Cover and cook 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in red pepper and salt.
